As a result, I know that some of my patients may require assistance with their current set of hearing devices but, understandably, would rather not have to leave the safety of their own home at the moment.

That’s why I have developed a Remote Hearing Aid Repairs Service, allowing me to travel to your home.  Repairs can be carried out on all brands of hearing aids, simply complete the form on this page and I can contact you to discuss your particular make and model.  

I understand that it can be hard for you to outline the problems you are facing over a call or message and you may feel more comfortable in your home environment.

This bespoke service allows me to test your hearing against your everyday environment while taking a look into your hearing aids to see what may be causing the problem.

It’s important that you get trusted support when your hearing aids aren’t working correctly and with my hearing aid repair service, you won’t need to leave the comfort of your home to find the support and expertise to get your hearing devices working again.

In most cases I will be able to fix your devices during my visit, but if I recognize a problem requires further investigation or expertise I can arrange for your hearing aid’s manufacturer to address it as quickly as possible.  To ensure you get your hearing aids back as quickly as possible they are sent off by either Federal Express or UPS.
